Treats for my Feets

What a month for the running schedule, its been all over the show however I managed to complete 100k for the month which was the reviewed target however I kind of feel like I cut myself short and slacked a little...still not one to miss out on a treat I had ordered these danish delights with 10K remaining which definitely pushed me through that last run of the month. Been eyeing these beauties up for a while, the Adidas x WoodWood Vintage Gazelle, a dream on the eye and what makes me really haps is the cork innersole and hand stitched three stripes. I haven't actually purchased anything WoodWood in ages as I have gone off buying T-shirts and Jumpers and as much as I would love some of the womenswear my bank balance certainly wouldn't so its really nice to see the double W in my paws again. I have only worn these round the house so far but Sarah has informed me today that they aren't the comfiest of characters and I do love to rush around all day so we shall see how that works out for a full time hustling playa.

Adidas X WoodWood Gazelle Vintage

I have been having a think today about an October and even though I said I wanted to keep it consistent at 100k and focus on my Beyonce body weight stuff I actually enjoy running a lot more than other gym stuff, I always feel really haps and quite calm after I have finished a run and I do get a big sense of achievement from beating targets so with that in mind I am setting 120K for October with the hope that I will smash it and have to reset the digits!!

With regards to the track listing of a half hearted running playa this week I have had a real selection, after listening to Drakes new album a couple of times I am kind of warming it to it however that got thrown to the bottom of the pile when I heard this bad boy club banger, literally made me want to run run run and definitely spurred me on during my blustery autumn run on saturday morning, I think my Pusha crush is back in full force...

The Beatnut Cookies

It would appear that cookies or anything of the biscuit kind are not my forte. I've nearly rotted Sarah and Kyles teeth with my over sugary triple chocolate cookies before and these were just the worst. It started so well, Amy and I decided to have a Sunday night bake off after work yesterday, the evening in itself was exquisite though most of it spent explaining what a "pun" is, she was there going "Tu-Pac...Flapjackkk?!" Not quite getting the idea but giving it 100% none the less. But our "Beanut cookies" although looked delicious...were bloody awful.
We had trekked to Tescos only to be involved in some sort of hostage lock in, my fault completely as Tescos actually had the door closed but I proceeded to storm in mid way through the run in with criminals squealing "what is going on..oh never mind where's the sugar yo". After managing to leave the scene and proceed with the bake off we mixed, sieved, mixed some more and placed carefully crafted walnut sized dough balls onto the tray only to be thoroughly disappointed when we got them out of the oven and sampled them. I can't see where we went wrong to be honest, peanut butter and chocolate was a sure combo for success however here's to the first Hip Flop baking with some very crispy, buttery, absolutely disgusting in no way editable lumps of shit. I don't think they even justify a track yo!

On The Run

As mentioned in a previous post I decided to switch things up a bit with the full time fit playa schedule as all I seemed to be doing was running or the cross trainer which seemed a bit of a waste of my gym membership and also remember my days of gyming with Akan, Ollie and Laila where we mainly focused on weights and core so with that in mind I have a new regime on the cards for the next 6 weeks which is gonna have a bit of an impact on the kilometre reading. The warm up is a 5k and train 4 times a week which will still work out 80k a month though I might try keep it at 100K for October, will have to see how it goes else I might just end up spending all time at the gym and as much as I would quite like that there are cakes to be baked, patterns to be made and playas to be played.

Today I was lucky enough to receive 2 little treats that made me super haps, Amy brought me this little journal (there is nothing I love more than new stationary) as she said the label on it made her think of me so I am now using this as my ''What have you achieved today?'' book. I like to have these so I can keep track of what I have run, made, done, even how I have felt about things as my days seem to be pretty long and filled with different things, sometimes I don't actually know what day it is so will hopefully keep a bit more tracked with this lovely little number.

The second treat is another piece for my playa palace, Kyle aka Kyle Minogue (I think its hilarious to call him this across the shop in front of customers... he doesn't quite find it as amusing as me) said he said he saw these and knew I would love them. He's right, patterns are for playas and I might even use one to wipe my brow after a 5k...No I joke these will be for strictly decoration purposes. The boys were laughing in Size? how I have all these little treats for my living space but they are strictly for decoration rather than purpose but like I have said before its the little things!

So with my new regime written firmly in my new notepad titled ''FULL TIME PLAYA-> BEYONCE IN 6 WEEKS'', I squeezed in a session at the gym this evening and ended up running to MCHG as I didn't have much battery so just whacked on an album on my iTunes rather than the usual spotify anything ya like selecta... so its no Bonnie and Clyde but I love them (once I spent an hour watching fan montages of them to their tracks on youtube and cried the whole time) so this ended my 5k quite nicely...20K left for the month yo!

Biz Smarties

I was just driving back from a little cheesecake gathering at the McCullochs in honour of Phoebe aka PMC (all certified playas have nicknames) turning 19, thinking about the life of a hip hop baker and then the divine inspiration hit me just in time to swing my Tescos for some essentials for a late night pre monday work bake off.

I knew I was gonna be hustling hard on the studio work with Amy who as she puts it loves to welcome herself to a hip hop bake off treat and I thought it has been a while since I had seen her and I better fuel our fun filled work day with something a bit more than just a sponge. With that said I present the Biz Smarties...

Biz Smarties

You will need:

8oz Plain Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Bicarbonate Soda
3 tbsp of Cocoa Powder
3.5oz Caster Sugar
4oz Milk Chocolate
1 large Egg
250ml Milk
90ml Vegetable oil
Cinnamon

For the topping..optional:
4oz dark chocolate
4oz Icing sugar
1oz butter
Smarties

Method:
Everytime I type out 'method' I literally rap to myself 'M E T H O D MANNNNN'' anyhow not on the Wu flex today straight up Markie ting so you will need to pre heat the oven to 190C and pop the cases in the muffin trays, now I made mini ones as I love anything miniature but if you were to use normal muffin cases I reckon it would make about 8!
Sift yo flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and Cocoa powder into a bowl and stir in the sugar. Now this is the vital bit here, on the recipe I used it said use chocolate chips but I've made these before and they were nothing to write home about so I upped the ante and instead melted 4oz of good quality chocolate in a separate bowl and then poured into the mix. I personally reccomend Lindt because that hype is off the chain!
Beat together the egg, milk and vegetable oil in a separate bowl and our over the  mix of dry ingredients and beat until it has a batter like state. Bake for 20 mins and hey presto the muffin is made. Now I like to make things exquisite so decided to make a little topping as they were miniature, I just kinda scrambled together what was in the cupboards and mixed the melted dark chocolate with butter and icing sugar to create the cement for my smartie decorations!

Now I'm gonna post the obvious track right now but it is such a banger and also one of the tracks on my favourite Xbox game... Rapstar. And Yes I do have an Xbox just for that one game, I remember it was 3 Christmas's ago opened Rapstar from mama thinking ''She really tried with this but I don't  have an Xbox'', next present..an Xbox 360. What a certified G, I remember spending so much of my life on that game and also forcing everyone else too!

So here it is, again amaze outfits by all in the video and you know what Biz Markie knows what he is talking bouts cos its never just a friend...

My Best Friends Hen Do...

Anyone who is pals with me will know it was a big playa day on friday; the hen do of one of my best friends and fellow DA founder...Liz Holt. It's not really my day to write about but it was such a great day so I just wanted to share a few bits, we went to Thorpe Park with our hen inspired lunch packs that I'd whipped up for the girls, unfortunately anything egg themed seemed to be chocolate...ooops! I also managed to pick up some treats for the girls for the hen bags  and made little tags for each of us, I pretty much am obsessed with Liberty and thought I should probably push this on to the fellow hens with the gift tags made from the Japanese style cheery blossomed 'Mitsi' print. Any excuse to whack a floral in the mix and I am all over it. I just have to say swell a poncho is a great shout for Thorpe park, although some boys referred to us as ''Look at them Goblins'', we were the ones laughing when we got off Tidal Wave with dry hair and clothes!!

There was an impromptu suggestion on our way back from Thorpe from Kate that we should all get matching tattoos to remind us of the day, keep in mind we have been friends since we were teenagers so over 10 years and its pretty definite we will be firm friends forever so we all trotted into Ginger Toms and left sporting a small swallow each, would've been a bit far to get a hen?!

Liz family and our other pal the Mart Part E then joined us in the evening to celebrate some more and it was definitely one of the best days with the playas, (I hope Liz agrees with me) and we ended it with Bulmers in bed watching the great british bake off together, perfect. Though actually we still rinsed it yesterday morning demanding Steve brought us a Mc Donalds in bed whilst we lounged around wearing our sunglasses with Liz trying to teach me how to smize..there is always so many knashers on show in photos of me!

I have to say I am so excited to see my best friend get married to one of the loveliest guys I know (probably the nicest thing I have ever said about Steve) and they are definitely taking reign of my favourite couple of the month. I had to explain this to Liz on the way home rather drunk on Friday night but my favourite couples are basically my best pals and their other half and the reason they all make me so haps is because I can tell how much they love each other and how they all make such great teams. So at the moment Liz and Steve are King and Queen of the Clark couple leader board and this will probably remain for the next month as it is under 4 weeks now till the wedding!!

Here are a few photos from the day and I personally find the 'Stealth' Photo highly amusing...how is Liz so composed and still smize-ing?!

If you can run a mile....

I have managed to squeeze in a few runs this week even though I wasn't feeling top notch towards the end of the week but pulled through bringing the current mileage to 70K for the month leaving me 30k to complete over the next 9 days. I actually really wanted to do the Nike LDN2PARIS challenge but unfortunately due to being a bit of a lone wolf in the running game and not really organising it very well I haven't managed to enter in a team. I am quite an odd playa in the running game like I said before  I really think I run highly on emotion rather than energy and my good pal Bryony told me that running is 90% mental which I guess I agree with. Also I find when I am in the gym I literally do not care what I look like which is quite nice not to be worrying about smearing red lipstick up one cheek and an eyebrow down the other...when I was younger my mama called me flossy because my hair was like candy floss, well when I'm at the gym it is in full candy flossin mode like I look a little crazy  (sometimes I treat Liz to an amusing picture of my post run..lets hope we never fall out cos they are a real treat for the eyes) but I really enjoy that time in my days at the gym where I just let everything out and have a good think about any playa hating situations or my hip hop baking takeover!

This week though I have been super pumped for it and definitely spurred on by watching the Nike ''Possiblities are endless'' advert, I was stood outside the gym tuesday morning absolutely freezing in my running shorts watching it thinking...Yeah I am a full time playa and I am gonna outrun a movie star...why not make it Jason Segul and I would be really haps. Anyhow I'm having a session with one of the trainers at the gym tomorrow to come up with a 6 week training plan which is gonna incorporate my running and some other stuff so once that is in place I can get to thinking on what target I would like to set for October...and also finish the remaining kilometres to complete September. I already have the perfect Danish treat for my feet in mind, now to put in the miles yo.

Also if anyone else is on the running flex this is probably the best thing to watch pre run and then whack some tunes on and you'll kill it...

An Independent cake for the biggest Independent woman I know...

I have had such a busy week I didn't get chance to post this on Monday which was my best friend Liz's other half Steves birthday aka the fat ox. I only had one request for the cake...CHOCOLATELY!! I basically used the same recipe as the Huarache cake as I knew this was chocolate heaven and also works well with the icing game which is one of my favourite bits. I have become accustomed to a logo cake for a pals birthday, this isn't a new thing I have made Supreme, Chanel, Stussy, Obey, Jordan and many other cakes and they are my most favourite probably cos I love a bit of icing drawing and cutting so I had a think about ol fat ox and his favourite things...now of course I couldn't make a Liz cake so I went for his second favourite...skateboarding!! You can find the recipe for both the cake and icing on the Huarache post, not about doubling up on writing methods out but this is super easy and will only take around 1 hour and 30 minutes including baking. Great reviews on the cake too though obviously the fat ox didn't care to share it at the pub though I did manage a slice when I was a bit drunk and even warmed it up in the microwave which is a shout right there. I would definitely refer to that as a ''slice of nice''...the latest clark catchphrase which I said the other day pretty loudly about a rather dashing chap in ASDA...He heard me and seemed to find it as amusing as I did..who wouldn't love being called that!

So wouldn't say this was a bake off included in my career as a hip hop baking superstar but I couldn't let the chance to post one of my playa hating favourite tracks right now, plus Steve has got some pretty good dance moves that could throw Beyonce out the water....

Never tired of Ballin, so it's on to the next sport...

Got back in the game Saturday morning and managed a pretty slow 5k but with no leg pain, hooray!! I decided to take another day off today just to ensure I can be fully back on my A game the rest of the month and have re set the monthly distance to a much less 100k (the distance currently stands at 48 k for the month) which is slightly disappointing but I have to remember as much as I like to think I'm Usain Clark, running isn't actually my job and I in fact need to not be turning up 5 minutes late for work in a sweaty mess. I also have a very important Playas hen do this next weekend so my diary for next weekend reads ''Friday..Hen do... Saturday..WRITE OFF, YOU WILL FEEL SHIT AND VULNERABLE DON'T GO NEAR YOUR PHONE''.. the latter bit is because usually when I feel hungover I feel the need to send various playas videos of me singing Beyonce or Jennifer Hudson ''One night only'' in the hope they will come and save me however my good pal Nav will vouch for the fact I should definitely stick to rapping and dem high notes are not my forte.

So with the vibe of saturdays run pretty slow I went for a whole album flex so I didn't have to mess around with changing the tracks, decided to visit my old friend Kanye and controversially choose My Twisted Dark Fantasy over College Dropout with the stand out saturday track being this bad boy banger....

Treats for my Feets

For day to day hustling the perfect footwear in undoubtably trainers however they are a few occasions where I don't wear trainers and this is where these treats come in. When I lived with the girls I distinctly remember Tors highly bemused at the fact I was deciding what trainers to wear on a date, you can imagine her delight when the guy I was going on the date with said very loudly in our house to me ''Why do you have so many trainers!?'' ...I knew then it wasn't gonna work out and we most definitely should've skipped the part where I got super drunk and decided to treat him to a rendition of So Solids 21 seconds that I had been practicing on Rapstar the previous week.

Anyhow I tried on a pair of boots in Topshop a couple weeks ago when Mama and I went for a day out and was pretty put off by the £80 price tag, it's bad I don't even flinch at the transactions when purchasing trainers but something about spending nearly £100 on a pair of boots that I won't really wear that much puts me off however as if by magic this week I found these little beauties. They are the cheaper, not leather and minus one extra buckle version of the Topshop pair, and purchased in the weirdest place...Lillies, I was walking past and did a double take at the treat I could see in front of me.

The weird thing is I got them wore them but I didn't get the same excitement as I do usually with a pair of exquisite printed trainers so probably good these were no reward else I would've been most disappointed. Talking of rewards I am back to the treadmill tomorrow to crack on with September with target in the fate of tomorrows run...fingers crossed for good legs again playas and then I can seriously think about the distance for the month.

Pharrero Williams

I had been wanting to bake these for absolutely ages but just hadn't got round to it however I had to provide something for Amy this week as we were taking a little road trip for works and I couldn't let my partner in promotional crime get something from a service station, not on my watch. With regards to recipes I usually mix a combination of the OG sexy mama Nigellas vibes with various recipes I have found online so I come up with something pretty original or I just mix what I have in the cupboards and hope for the best! However with these I stuck to one recipe precisely as I wasn't sure how the middle would present itself if I was to mix things up.

Gotta shout out the Size? homies for the name, we were discussing the recipe pondering a hip hop name saying ''Ferrero Ferrero Ferrero'' over and over again when we collectively all went ''Pharrell, Ferrero!?'', obviously super haps I had a pun for the bake off I skipped home listening to that dreamboat of a man singing Angel to me obviously pretending I was in the music video whilst he serenaded me along the m27. Plus Pharell has a bad boy banger called ''Keep it Playa'', he definitely needed a shout out in hip hop baking world yo!

Pherrero Williams

Think it would pretty lame to just write out some other baking playas recipes so instead I will just put the link here Fererro Rocher Cupcakes !

The reviews have been top notch for these, Amy had one on our journey..there was a 5 second silence as she took a bite and then she exclaimed (thats not even an exaggeration) ''TREAT'' followed by ''That was cracking''. Bryony and Bega also gave me strong reviews claiming there was nothing Frontin about them cakes, real deal delish right there. Gotta warn you though, it is not christmas therefore I was subjected to paying £7.49 for a box of Ferrero Rochers, this was not ideal in the slightest but to be honest I don't think you can scrimp on cake ingredients.

So the big shout is what Pharrell track to post, I mean I don't know anyone who doesn't love that guy... I probably love him a little too much, when I saw the advert for the Magna Carter album which features both him and Jayz I cried with happiness..honestly I didn't know what to do I was so excited. I'm gonna post the track that stands out to me and probably every female playa out there, who didn't wanna be the girl at the door saying ''Is Pharell here?'' so get the tunes on and let the bake off commence...

Playa Games...

It looks although I may have to rethink 140k September, during my run on Tuesday my legs were literally on fire but I did what I usually do when something's not right and just carried on. I'm quite good at ignoring problems, once my car was making an awful noise and instead of going to the garage like any normal person I decided to just keep putting my foot down hard and hope for the best..this resulted in my car blowing up on the M3. With this in mind I thought take it easy on the run this morning but once again around 2k in the burn returned, really trying my hardest and with my legs as hot as a bloody oven I managed a 5k. Unfortunately I was listening to a bit of Lana Del Rey which also stirred up a bit of emotion, with the combo of pain and Lana I ended the 5k in a crying mess and left the gym most definitely disheartened.

I'm really hoping that its not shin splints as that would most definitely mess up my  playa status in the running game, but I'm gonna rest them for a couple days and try again on Saturday. Fingers crossed for no burn. Depending on how they feel on Saturday I may reduce the target to around 100-120K.

So here it is imagine it, one playa on a treadmill with burning legs and a meltdown at the finish line, if my life was a film which I imagine it is all the time atleast I had the perfect soundtrack going down yo!

When Life Gives You Lemons, You Paint That Shit Gold....

As mentioned in below post this week has been hectic, poor old Amy who I have worked with most days has put up with me in full time busy playa mode which included losing my bank card around ten times, nearly breaking down as I let the petrol go slightly below the flashing point, me frantically trying to locate falafel for my lunch (when I get set on something I really can't let it go) and also very carefully wearing my spectacles. These are actually my favourite sunglasses but I now have to refer to them as spectacles as I broke them and they only have one arch bit for the ears so I kind of have to balance them and then I can't really look anywhere but in front of me, not ideal when I'm driving us round especially when I already think I'm king of the road. Once Liz asked me what I was doing turning around in the middle of a really busy road and I distinctly remember looking at her saying ''Im the Clark, I do what I want''...sometimes its worrying how my confidence takes over.

Unfortunately due to being so busy I haven't actually hit my target for the week, I was under by 5K which has made me slightly unhaps about playa progression but I really couldn't fit anymore runs in this week plus my legs are starting to feel the burn of running and cross training most days so I have been treating them to a few days off and Yoga. Lucky Limbs eh. Plus my poor Flyknits are half dead now with a rebuy most certainly on the cards on payday, to be fair they have taken a real beating over the past couple months.

However I am working a lot less this week which makes time for some good distance to be made towards 140k September. Its been a weird one in regards to the track listing for the week, my mood has been somewhat confusing and my song choices definitely accompanied this but I tried to keep it gangster as much as I could. I did reignite my love for Atmosphere this week though forgetting how good they were and listened to the whole of 'When Life Gives You Lemons You Paint That Shit Gold', a nice inspirational album title right there but the stand out track of the week is this badboy from Sad Clown Bad Summer...

Pusha Cream T Cupcakes

This week has been mad hectic with running, working everyday, a cheeky trip to puppy school,  and a weekly DA with Liz however a playas gotta play and I did manage to squeeze a bake off in before work yesterday. This one came to me mid run and I quickly whacked out the phone and wrote it down before the sweat took over my brain. I haven't had an uninterrupted run all week, in fact it was this morning I had the delight of a lovely 80 year old man come up to me on the treadmill and say ''You're a winner, I know it''...well he could obviously see me struggling with the last kilometre and I couldn't let him down, he was believing in me so I sprinted the rest and moved to the cross trainer where he proceeded to shout ''WINNER, WINNER'' across the gym at me. What a treat, he is probably my new favourite gym playa and I reckon we've got the foundations of a firm friendship. Anyhow I was on the afternoon tea flex  hence the clotted cream and fruit cake kinda vibe, wasn't sure how these were gonna taste as it was a definite freestyle job but the reviews were strong, might even go as far to say What dreams are made of!?

Pusha Cream T Cakes

You will need:
6oz Butter
6oz Caster Sugar
3 eggs
6oz Self raising flour
Vanilla Extract
Raisins
Almonds

For the topping:
Clotted Cream
Raspberries
Almonds
Raspberry Dark chocolate

This recipe is perfect for the remix of ''Trouble on my mind'', No Pusha I got ''Baking on my mind'', as you can imagine there are various lines I changed in the track whilst whisking away but I think its fair to say Pushas verses were a lot better than mine. So you will need to beat the butter and sugar together to a nice creamy texture, adding the eggs one at a time. Now simply sift the flour into the mix making sure you fold the mixture. You can see I just used a simple sponge mixture and then added a few extras for the afternoon tea vibes. a couple of handfuls of raisins and then also a few cheeky almonds remixed up with a couple spoonfuls of vanilla extract and you can spoon these into the cases. Go hard in the filling of these cupcakes as you will need to slice off the top later yo! Bake on 170C until golden brown.

Once cooled you can then slice the tops off to create a nice flat base to work that Clotted cream onto, now the decoration is pretty much dependable upon your personal taste, I went for Clotted cream, raspberries, almonds and a grating of raspberry dark chocolate...yeah I don't mess around!

I kinda wanted to post the track ''Kitchen'' from ''Still ya Pusha'' that I was listening to yesterday but then thought  I better go for a club banger plus I did love this video when it came out...mainly cos I was mad crushing on Tyler at the time, over that now thank god!

Foxy Brownies

Had to revamp an old recipe Sunday evening, I've baked brownies before but they were a low fat recipe and to be honest as much as Kate and Liz loved them, their husband/fiance politely added dollops of cream and gave me a mere 7 out of 10. That is not what I'm about, it's gotta be straight 10s yo!
Amy, a fellow playa at the studio hasn't yet tried any hip hop baking, all she hears about when we are working together is recipes, hip hop puns and me rapping so I made these little beauties for her to sample and review. A hybrid of two of the potential biggest playas in the treat game..chocolate and peanut butter I present the Foxy Brownies...

Foxy Brownies

You will need:

9oz Peanut butter
3.5oz Dark Chocolate
3.5 oz MilkyBar
9oz Sugar
3 Eggs
3.5oz Self raising flour
Cinnamon

As you can see from the ingredient list there is nothing low fat about these big bad mamas...you will need to set aside some peanut butter and chocolate for the drizzled topping, totally optional if you go white or dark chocolate, I'm personally about the milky kinda chocolate on all levels y know?!
Melt the majority of the peanut butter, sugar and combo of chocolate into a pan until the sugar is melted. Best to use brown sugar in the mix for this one. Once all melted beat the eggs in one by one and sift in the flour and pinch on cinnamon.
Whack in a baking tray and melt the left over peanut butter to drizzle over the top. Bake em for 30 minutes on 180c and leave to cool before you melt the chocolate over them for ultimate playa status.

Now gotta say I would've loved to try one of these however I'm on a super running and clean eating vibe before my best friends wedding, one of these and I would have to run another 10k and my little flyknits are already undergoing serious kilometres this week. Jay said it I gotta keep that ass tighter than Versace yo! However Amy gave me a strong 10 and claimed they were nothing less than exquisite.

The ultimate tune to play whilst baking  isn't a solo foxy flex but the banger with my number one... The outfits are too much!

Wake Up Everybody...

I am fully back in the zone with running now and to be honest I'm kind of pleased even though I left a lot of 125k August to the last week I actually ended up completing 130k for the month with the pressure being just what I needed. Most mornings I wake up pretty early mainly because I don't like to waste days and try to do as much as possible before I have to go to work, hustling hard 24/7 yo! Sometimes I actually resent having to sleep because its not really achieving anything, I wake up all the time and have to write things down I've thought of, in some senses this is good because I'm never bored as I always have something to make or bake but sometimes I wish for one day I could sausage roll in my duvet asleep till gone midday or something.

Well this morning was one of those mornings when I was up by 5.30 with scissors and card in one  hand and a cup of coffee in the other making a few bits for upcoming events and waiting for the gym to open so I could run the first run of September. I've had a think to myself and thought about keeping to 125k for the month but then I thought ''What's the point, you know you can do 125, do better this month girlfriend'', so with that in mind the target for September is set at 140k with weekly planned distances written out (you can see this weeks below) and I have resurrected some old playlists to keep me in the zone.

I was well haps on my run this morning I'm not too sure why but I ended the last kilometre with this banger, this track reminds me so much of the OG Southampton Size? crew and there are a few songs that when I hear I just smile and singalong too (this has happened in Pret this week twice and yes I was singing out loud in the queue until Charlotte reminded me I was in a public place and people were laughing at me). My pal Kyle also always puts these kinds of tracks on at works if I need a playa positive boost and next thing you know I'm throwing shapes all over the shop.
